Conditions of Returns
- Item is returned within 30 days of receiving.
- The original receipt or proof of purchase is provided.
- The returned item is unused with original tags and packaging.
By Post
If you purchased a product online, you can post the item/s you would like to return directly to our address as listed below with a completed Return Form and invoice/proof of purchase.
Once your item(s) have been received, we aim to process your return within 2-3 business days. Please allow 7 – 10 business days for a refund to be received into your method of purchase from date of receipt.

Please note, the cost of return postage is at your own expense, and you will not be refunded for the cost of your return unless faulty, wrong items received or under warranty in which case please contact us before posting your return.
We unfortunately cannot accept responsibility for items that are lost or damaged by your courier when being returned. We recommend keeping a copy of your tracking number in case you need to follow up.
Faulty Item
If an item is faulty, wrongly described or different from the sample shown, then we will meet our legal obligations which may include refunding the purchase price and delivery charges, or providing a replacement product, provided the item is returned within a reasonable time.
High-Performance Paddle Warranty
Our high performance pickleball paddles are under warranty for defects for 6 months from the date of purchase. If there is a defect, we will replace with same, equal value. Before returning item/s under warranty, please email photos to sales@diademsports.com.au to assess.
BluCore Warranty Claim
At Diadem Sports, we stand behind our innovative BluCore Paddle Technology with a lifetime warranty on the core of the paddle. This warranty covers core-related defects, such as dead spots, delamination, or any other issue relating to the core, allowing for a one-time replacement at no cost.
This warranty applies only to the original purchaser of a new paddle bought directly from the Diadem Sports Australia website or from one of our authorized Diadem Sports retailers. It does not cover normal wear and tear, damage caused by negligence, modifications, or the natural fading of graphics over time. Scratches, scuffs, chips, and nicks on the paddle face and edge guard are common with use and are not considered defects. If a paddle is replaced under our warranty policy, the replacement paddle does not carry a warranty. Diadem Sports has the sole discretion to determine whether a paddle is covered or not.
In addition to the BluCore Lifetime Core Warranty, a six-month warranty covers manufacturing defects on the entire paddle, allowing you to submit a claim within six months from the date of purchase.
